Now it’s time I tell you about my daddy.

He is the best.

From the first time I saw him, I knew he was mine.

He held me so close, kept me so warm when I was new to the world.

Since then he’s been protecting me and providing for me, snuggling me, and making me so happy. I love being his little goose!

My Daddy and I do all kinds of things together. We play and read books, and he even likes to go shopping with me! What more could a girl ask for? My daddy sings to me, and even when he doesn’t know the words, he makes some up to finish the song.

We dance every day and Daddy does his signature dip move and I love it! He always knows how to make me laugh. In fact, the first time I ever laughed was because he was being a goofball and made Mommy laugh so hard, and I just had to be a part of that fun. Ever since that first giggle, my chuckles have been unstoppable.

My daddy walks me to sleep every night. I feel so cozy in his arms that sometimes I wake up again just so he can snuggle me some more.

I get all my computer skills from my dad. He’s taught me everything I know.

My favorite time of day is when Daddy comes home from work. I like to peek out the window and surprise him with a big smile. When I see him walk through the door, I get so excited that sometimes I let out a snort or a big growl. I can’t help it – I love him so much!

Daddy, I am so lucky to have you. You are doing such a great job of taking care of me & helping me grow up strong and healthy. Mommy couldn’t ask for a better partner, but that’s just my opinion.
I know you love me so much, & guess what? I think I love you even more.

From the very start my mom gave me everything I needed to grow into the little person I am today. She carried me around everywhere and even put up with me giving her a couple swift kicks to the side. I let her know things were ok in there daily…since I teamed up with the hiccup monster. Now he is out of control and comes whenever he wants, but that is another story.

I was very content in the home she had created for me so I decided to take my time “moving out”. It was just so cozy in there! Who would have thought I would feel even more warmth and love in my mom’s arms.

There’s no looking back now! My mom and I love to spend the days together doing all sorts of fun things. We love playing with toys, singing, dancing, pulling hair, going on walks, and of course shopping for new clothes.

I love being able to spend each and every day with my mom. Even when I’m having one of those cranky days she knows how to calm me right down and make me smile again. Nobody can make me laugh the way I do when she does some dance moves for me. It’s those kinds of things that make her the bees knees. I wouldn’t want it any other way than to spend my time laughing and learning with my best friend…my mom.
